Cancellation & Return Policy

1. Order Cancellation / অর্ডার বাতিল

Before Shipping: You can cancel your order at any time before it is processed or shipped by contacting our support. Once the order is handed over to the courier, cancellation is not possible. পণ্য পাঠানোর আগে: অর্ডারটি প্রসেসিং বা শিপমেন্ট হওয়ার আগে আপনি যেকোনো সময় আমাদের সাপোর্ট টিমে যোগাযোগ করে সেটি বাতিল করতে পারবেন। কুরিয়ারে পণ্য হ্যান্ডওভার হয়ে যাওয়ার পর অর্ডার বাতিল করা সম্ভব নয়।

2. Return at the Time of Delivery / ডেলিভারির সময় রিটার্ন

Inspection Rule: We strictly follow the ‘Check in Front of Delivery Person’ policy. Please inspect the fabric, size, and color immediately upon receipt. If you find any defect (tear, hole, or wrong product), return it instantly to the delivery person. চেক করার নিয়ম: আমরা ‘ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনে চেক’ করার নীতি কঠোরভাবে অনুসরণ করি। পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার পর ফেব্রিক, সাইজ এবং কালার ঠিক আছে কি না দেখে নিন। কোনো ত্রুটি (ছেঁড়া, ফুটো বা ভুল পণ্য) থাকলে সাথে সাথেই ডেলিভারি ম্যানের কাছে ফেরত দিন।

Note: No complaints regarding physical damage or size/color will be accepted once the delivery person leaves.

সতর্কতা: ডেলিভারি ম্যান চলে যাওয়ার পর ফিজিক্যাল ড্যামেজ বা সাইজ/কালার সংক্রান্ত কোনো অভিযোগ গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।

3. Exchange Policy / পণ্য পরিবর্তন

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or color (after accepting delivery), you must notify us within 24 hours. In such cases:

• The customer must bear the return and new delivery charges.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags.

অর্ডার করা পণ্যের সাইজ বা কালার পরিবর্তন করতে চাইলে আপনাকে ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে জানাতে হবে। এক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন চার্জ এবং পুনরায় পাঠানোর ডেলিভারি চার্জ গ্রাহককে বহন করতে হবে। পণ্যটি অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত এবং অরিজিনাল ট্যাগসহ থাকতে হবে।

4. Non-Returnable Conditions / যেসব ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন প্রযোজ্য নয়

Returns or exchanges will NOT be accepted if:

• The product is used, washed, or the original tag is removed.
• There is a minor color variation (5-10%) due to screen brightness.
• Damage is caused by the customer after receiving the product.

পণ্যটি ব্যবহৃত হলে, ধোয়া হলে বা ট্যাগ খুলে ফেললে তা আর পরিবর্তনযোগ্য হবে না। এছাড়াও স্ক্রিন ব্রাইটনেসের কারণে সামান্য কালার পার্থক্যের জন্য রিটার্ন প্রযোজ্য হবে না।

5. Refund Process / রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া

If you have made a pre-payment and the order is canceled by us due to stock unavailability or quality issues, your full amount will be refunded within 3-7 working days through your original payment method (Bkash/Nagad/Bank). যদি স্টকের সীমাবদ্ধতা বা অন্য কোনো কারণে আমরা অর্ডার বাতিল করি এবং আপনি অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট করে থাকেন, তবে ৩-৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে আপনার পেমেন্ট মাধ্যমেই (বিকাশ/নগদ/ব্যাংক) টাকা ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
