1. Introduction / ভূমিকা

Welcome to Jubair Bangladesh. By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers. জুবায়ের বাংলাদেশ-এ আপনাকে স্বাগতম। আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করে অর্ডার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি আমাদের নির্ধারিত শর্তাবলী মেনে নিয়েছেন বলে গণ্য হবে।

2. Ordering & Pricing / অর্ডার এবং মূল্য

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. While we try to ensure all details, descriptions, and prices are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error, we will inform you as soon as possible. পণ্যের স্টক এবং মূল্য যেকোনো সময় পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে। ভুলবশত কোনো পণ্যের মূল্য ভুল প্রদর্শিত হলে আমরা গ্রাহককে তা অবগত করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি।

3. Delivery & Return Policy / ডেলিভারি ও রিটার্ন শর্তাবলী

A. Delivery Check: Customers must inspect the product in front of the delivery person. No claims for physical damage (tears/holes) or wrong size/color will be accepted after the delivery person leaves. ডেলিভারি চেক: পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার পর অবশ্যই ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনেই চেক করে নিন। কোনো ত্রুটি (ছেঁড়া, ফুটো, ভুল সাইজ/কালার) থাকলে সাথে সাথেই রিটার্ন করুন। ডেলিভারি ম্যান চলে যাওয়ার পর ফিজিক্যাল ড্যামেজ সংক্রান্ত কোনো অভিযোগ গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।

B. Instant Free Return: If a defect is found during inspection, you can return the product instantly with zero return/delivery charges.

তাৎক্ষণিক ফ্রি রিটার্ন: ডেলিভারি ম্যান থাকা অবস্থায় পণ্যে ত্রুটি পেলে আপনি কোনো প্রকার ডেলিভারি চার্জ ছাড়াই পণ্যটি রিটার্ন করতে পারবেন।

C. Exchange for Wrong Orders: If you accidentally order the wrong size/color and wish to exchange it later, you will be responsible for the return and new delivery charges.

ভুল অর্ডারের এক্সচেঞ্জ: আপনি ভুল সাইজ বা কালার অর্ডার করলে পরবর্তীতে তা পরিবর্তনের ক্ষেত্রে আপনাকে রিটার্ন চার্জ এবং পুনরায় নতুন ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রদান করতে হবে।

4. Product Conditions / এক্সচেঞ্জ বা রিটার্নের শর্ত

For any exchange or return, the product must be unused, unwashed, and include all original tags. If the tag is broken or the product is used, it will not be eligible for exchange. যেকোনো এক্সচেঞ্জের ক্ষেত্রে পণ্যটি অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত (Unused), না ধোয়া (Unwashed) এবং অরিজিনাল ট্যাগসহ থাকতে হবে। ট্যাগ ছেঁড়া থাকলে বা পণ্যটি ব্যবহৃত হলে তা পরিবর্তনযোগ্য হবে না।

5. Color Disclaimer / কালার ভেরিয়েশন ডিসক্লেইমার

Due to device display settings, there might be a slight color variation (5-10%) between the image and the actual product. Free returns or exchanges will not apply to minor color differences. ডিভাইসের ব্রাইটনেস সেটিংসের কারণে ছবির কালার এবং বাস্তবের কালারের মধ্যে সামান্য (৫-১০%) তারতম্য হতে পারে। এই সামান্য পার্থক্যের জন্য ফ্রি রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে না।

6. Our Commitment / আমাদের প্রতিশ্রুতি ও দায়বদ্ধতা

We strive for quality. If we send a defective item, we will take full responsibility and replace it completely free of charge. আমরা সবসময় সেরা মানের পণ্য দিতে কাজ করি। যদি আমাদের পক্ষ থেকে ভুল বা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্য পাঠানো হয়, তবে আমরা সম্পূর্ণ বিনামূল্যে সেটি পরিবর্তন করে দেব।

7. Policy Modification / শর্ত পরিবর্তন

Jubair Bangladesh reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. জুবায়ের বাংলাদেশ যেকোনো সময় পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়াই এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তনের অধিকার রাখে।
