Jubair Active Performance Men’s Tracksuit Jacket

1. Delivery Check (Most Important): Please inspect the package immediately in front of the delivery person upon receipt. If you find any issues (such as defects, tears, wrong size, or wrong color), return the product right away.

2. Instant Free Return: If you discover any problem while the delivery person is present, you can return the product instantly without paying any return or delivery charges.

3. Post-Delivery Policy: No complaints regarding physical damage (like tears or holes), size, or color will be accepted once the product is received and the delivery person has left.

4. Exchange for Wrong Orders: If you accidentally order the wrong size or color and wish to exchange it later, you will be responsible for the return shipping and new delivery charges.

5. Conditions for Exchange: For any exchange or return, the product must be unused, unwashed, and include all original tags.

6. Color Variation Disclaimer: Due to display settings, there might be a slight color variation (5-10%). Free returns will not apply to minor color differences.

7. Our Commitment: We strive for quality. If we send a defective item, we will take full responsibility and replace it completely free of charge.
